New LN Support Flow
Dear LN users,
We have got some important information for you regarding support of LN 10.7.
The LN Upgrade Project has now reached a point where most tickets are characterized as “normal operational tickets”.
As such, the project has decided to make an end to the hypercare ticket box in FreshService, and instead enable a new support model for LN 10.7 related issues to ensure that you receive the best possible support. This change will be executed over the weekend.

All issues related to LN 10.7, incl. the new Mobile Service Client, should be reported via the LN issue service request form. On the service request you will find a drop-down menu to select issue area. This will help you get faster support from a relevant subject matter expert (SME).
